Octave is a modular design sofa system with rigorous shapes. A design with essential geometric lines, based on elements that can be placed side by side to create linear, angular compositions or, through
the insertion of suspended trapezoidal or rectangular elements, to unusual configurations of great attractiveness. Blade-shaped feet in die-cast steel support the base on which low upholstered rectangular backrests in fabric or leather of the same thickness as the comfortable seat cushions rest. Complementary support cushions, also rectangular or square, along with the headrest element that can be freely placed on the backrest allowing it to be used in a variety of positions. In addition to the traditional linear or corner elements, Octave has open elements to create chaise lounges or ottomans that can join the composition or remain free-standing even in the center of the room. Rectangular or trapezoidal joining elements feature innovative leather trays for resting all kinds of objects. Thanks to the wide possibility of creating articulated compositions, Octave is ideal in the context of “smart working” activities through the use of the joining elements designed to support laptops and tablets
