We guarantee the most deliveries in 6/8 weeks after order.

It is possible because the order is directly and completely managed by our Company. The transport service in the countries of Cee is entrused to the most important Company, and in the USA and the rest of the world is guaranted by the primary sea and air carrier. The delivery is expected to the door at street level; failure to assemble, if necessary, be borne by the customer.

All items are controlled before sending.

Our Company will do the best to respect the terms of the delivery, but if delays will be made the order’s validity, won’t be conditioned and the customer have to take back the goods.

TYPES OF DELIVERY

Delivery to street/curbside level with courier (standard).

“Street/curbside level” means that the delivery of the ordered products is made on the ground floor, at the point closest to the entrance of your home that can be reached by the vehicle used for delivery. The customer must collaborate with the driver to unload the packages from the tailgate of the truck, sometimes having other people available depending on the size and weight of the item purchased.
The Courier will give advance notice by telephone to the address indicated in the order, normally the day before the scheduled delivery date, indicating an indicative time slot. Delivery is not by appointment: the customer’s needs are certainly taken into account, but compatible with the delivery plans.

Delivery by courier including porterage and assembly (on request).

A team made up of one or more employees, depending on the size and weight of the item, will take care of transporting the goods into the private home and providing assembly.  The service can be quantified without obligation based on the specific delivery address and floor to which the furniture will be delivered.
