Zermatt Argile table by Cattelan Italia
The Zermatt family of tables features a central base full of edges and vertices. To be precise, it is composed of 15 faces that are repeated with geometric precision around the central column.
Each face of this prism appears to have a different color, as it reflects light with different intensity depending on the angle. It is precisely this broad spectrum of color palette that makes this modern design table fascinating. Depending on the angle, you can see up to 8 faces at once, each with a different shade.
In particular, one of the faces reflects the maximum amount of light, standing out from the others with a much brighter shade and becoming the focal point of the composition.
The Zermatt family of tables includes three models of round designer tables in clay, ceramic and wood, respectively the Zermatt Argile, Zermatt Keramik and Zermatt Wood versions.
